Her broadcast journalism background includes hosting various network shows, big sporting events, providing emcee for celebrations and festivals and facilitating workshops for professional groups and businesses ranging from 2-hours to 2-full days.

Kirsten is also a celebrated yoga, meditation and breath work instructor who regularly leads mindfulness practices for groups at corporate events, weddings, bachelorette and birthday parties, reunions, fundraisers and more.
