My coaching style places you the client at the helm as we align the physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual and environmental influences affecting your health, your life, work life and productivity.

When we take these 6 areas into consideration, we begin to makes sense of our symptoms, beliefs, blocks and sometimes toxic thought processes. This happens in a safe environment with your permission, awareness and effort.

Through my own experience and studies of developmental and humanistic psychology, I’ve come to realize the importance of each client’s purpose, passion and main motivators for change. Clarity about your WHY leads us down the path to health.

You’ll never hear me tell you what to do, rather I encourage my clients to maintain autonomy during coaching making their own choices and decisions based on clear communication of options, obstacles and outcomes for a more beautiful authentic you.

All workshops are experiential, meaning crowd participation is necessary. This creates engagement and allows for a safe space to slow down and explore your identity personal and professional identity, values, goals and challenges.

Our relationships and our communication with others can get messy and affect all aspects of our lives and work environment, which then makes us less effective, less productive and less impactful.

We aim to change that and bring you back into your greatness.

Workshops can be as little as 2-hours or be flushed out to 2-day intensives depending on the need.
