While Kirsten is certified to coach men and women of all ages, she specializes in women with hormonal imbalances mostly in their 30's, 40's and 50's when symptoms seem to rage and systems start to falter. Her clients come from all walks of life and live in many different countries as technology has allowed her to expand her reach and services.

What length of coaching programs work best?

While Kirsten's clients can start seeing results in as little as a month, real susstainable change takes time and consistency. She offers private 1:1 coaching in 3 month, 6 month and year-long programs and holds group coaching programs several times a year. If you've never worked with a coach before, she recommends 6-months as the magic number and a good place to start. Many of her clients stay with her months after their intitial program or return to Kirsten's coaching when they need a "boost" of her energy, enthusiasm and emotional support.

How much time can I expect to dedicate to coaching?

That's a great question and really depends how much you want to get out of your coaching sessions with Kirsten. Coaching is a commitment to prioritizing yourelf. It takes awareness, dedication and consisitency, however it doesn't need to consume much time. Typically her clients spend about 2-3 hours a week focussing on their improvement and reaching their health goals. This includes online coaching sessions, journaling, movement and some conscious homework. You can expect to spend more time if you opt to sign up for private yoga, meditation or weight lifting classes with Kirsten in addition to coaching.

How do I know if I'll benefit from health coaching?

You will get as much out of health coaching with Kirsten as you put into it. She will share her knowledge, tools and techniques as well as her own personal tip & tricks for becoming your best. However true change is an inside job. She is committed to giving you guidance, support and sharing oodles of wisdom during your health journey. Oh yea and tears and laughter too.

How much does health coaching cost?

The price of programs and individual coaching depends on your own personal situation, challenges and needs. So it can vary client to client. Perhaps you need more mindful movement support or mediation guidance? Or maybe you want to learn how to cook. Kirsten provides extras to make sure you get the kind of support you need when you need it. Her 3-month coaching begins at $3,000. She does offer payment plans when appropriate.

Do you accept clients worldwide?

Kirsten has clients all over the world. Travel is one of her biggest joy's in life and she has met some of her closest friends and collegues through her glove trotting. She is well versed in time-zone conversion and the scheduling needs of her clients, which means yes, sometimes she'll have coachnig sessions at 3am!!
